We only accept items from clients we have personally communicated with. Our experienced team asks detailed questions about each item's purchase history and requests receipts when available. Items with insufficient details are not accepted.
Thorough Checks & Standards
We take our responsibility to our buyers and the luxury brands we sell very seriously. Each item must pass a rigorous assessment, including checks of model characteristics, finishes and serial numbers specific to each luxury brand.
Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for the authenticity of their items and are informed about laws regarding counterfeit goods.
